Southern Solar gains Green Deal Approved Installer status

Southern Solar Ltd have gained Approved Green Deal Installer status.

One of only a handful of independent Solar Installation companies to do so across England and Wales.

So whats it all about?

The Green Deal is an incentive scheme for Businesses, Homeowners and Tenants, launched by the UK Government in 2013, a list of up to 45 energy saving and renewable energy measures are covered by the Green Deal, which is financed via a government backed lending scheme. The key to the Green Deal scheme is the expected saving from the improvement measure must be equal to or greater than the cost of the measure.
