Howard Johns
Managing Director
Howard is the founder of Southern Solar Ltd, and has been installing solar hot water systems and other small scale renewable energy systems for over ten years.
Jimmy Richards
Business Development Manager
Jimmy heads all commercial sales and provides very competitive quotations for solar photovoltaic systems. In his spare time, he enjoys playing rugby.
Andy Richards
Solar PV Surveyor
Andy looks after the domestic side of the business, focussing on Photovoltaic installations for residential properties.
David Sully
Operations Manager
After studying at the Centre for Alternative Technology, David joined Southern Solar Ltd. People's quality of life and the environment are two of the main factors that drives David in offering Southern Solar's services, working with us to build up the South West delivery.
Andrew Kay
Project Manager
As project manager for Southern Solar Ltd. Andrew has worked on a range of projects, making sure that all parts of installations run smoothly and to schedule.

Head of Large Scale Projects
Chris heads our large scale projects, developing solar farms from 1 - 100 hectares. Chris works with landowners, farm agents and investors to put together Megawatt scale investment propositions with Solar.
Tom Brol
Operations Support Coordinator
Tom coordinates all of Southern Solar's projects - everything from start to finish. He makes sure that projects are completed efficiently.

Domestic Operations
After splitting the last 10 years between railway engineering and travelling the world, Richard decided to delve into the world of electrics. He joined Southern Solar Ltd. due to its reputation and whie having a clear interest in the renewable industry.
Jon is a solar thermal genius, he delivers quality solar solutions for the wide range of domestic enquiries that Southern Solar Ltd. receive.
